Terms and Services Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking, purchasing, or receiving any service offered by Kristina Violet Healing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Services in full. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the Client) and Kristina Violet Healing (the Practitioner).

2. Nature of Services

Kristina Violet Healing offers complementary and holistic energy-based services, which may include but are not limited to:

• Pranic Healing Sessions

• Pranic Psychotherapy Sessions

• Theta Healing Sessions

• Timeline Healing Sessions

• Trauma and Somatic Integration Work

• Post-Session Support and Integration Coaching

These services are rooted in established energy healing traditions and holistic therapeutic approaches. Sessions may be conducted in person or remotely via video call or distance healing.

3. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Energy healing and holistic therapies offered by Kristina Violet Healing are complementary in nature and are NOT a substitute for conventional medical treatment, diagnosis, or professional mental health care.

By engaging with these services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No claims are made regarding the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any medical or psychiatric condition.

• You are strongly encouraged to continue working with your licensed medical doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, or other healthcare providers.

• Energy healing works alongside conventional medicine, not in replacement of it.

• Results from sessions are not guaranteed and may vary from person to person.

• Any changes to your medical treatment or medication must be discussed with and supervised by your qualified healthcare provider.

4. Client Responsibility

As a Client, you take full responsibility for your own health, wellbeing, and decisions made during and after your healing journey. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and relevant information about your physical, emotional, and mental health prior to and during sessions.

• Inform the Practitioner of any medical conditions, medications, or significant life events that may be relevant to your sessions.

• Seek emergency medical or psychological support immediately if you are in crisis or experiencing a medical emergency.

• Approach your healing process with openness, honesty, and personal accountability.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy

All personal information, session details, and shared content are treated with the utmost discretion and confidentiality. Kristina Violet Healing will not share, sell, or disclose your personal information to any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

By engaging with services, you consent to the Practitioner retaining session notes for the purpose of providing ongoing and consistent care.

6. Post-Session Support

Selected service packages include 7 days of live text support via WhatsApp following your session. This support is provided to assist with healing integration, answer questions that arise, and offer guidance as energetic and emotional shifts unfold.

This support is not a crisis or emergency service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately.

Response times during the 7-day support window are within reasonable business hours and may vary.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations by the Client

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

• Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of a scheduled session may be rescheduled once at no cost, but are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session or no-shows are non-refundable.

Cancellations by the Practitioner

• In the rare event that a session must be cancelled by the Practitioner, the Client will be offered a full reschedule or complete refund.

Refunds

• Due to the personal and intangible nature of energy healing services, completed sessions are non-refundable.

• If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact Kristina directly so that your concerns can be addressed with care and integrity.

8. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless an alternative arrangement has been explicitly agreed upon in writing. Prices are listed in the currency displayed on the booking platform and are subject to change without prior notice. Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the Client.

9. Remote and Distance Sessions

Remote sessions are conducted via video call or through distance healing methods and are considered equally valid and effective as in-person sessions. The Client is responsible for ensuring a quiet, comfortable, and private space for their session, as well as a stable internet connection for video-based appointments.

Technical difficulties on the Client side that result in a disrupted session do not qualify for refunds but may be accommodated with a partial reschedule at the Practitioner's discretion.

10. Age Requirement

Services are available to individuals aged 18 years and older. Clients under the age of 18 may receive sessions only with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must also be present for the duration of the session.

11. Emotional and Physical Responses

Energy healing and trauma integration work can sometimes trigger emotional, physical, or psychological responses during or after a session. These may include but are not limited to: emotional release, fatigue, vivid dreams, temporary heightening of feelings, or physical sensations.

These responses are a natural and often necessary part of the healing and integration process. By proceeding with sessions, you acknowledge awareness of this possibility and agree to reach out to your healthcare provider if any response feels overwhelming or persists.

12. Limitation of Liability

Kristina Violet Healing and its Practitioner shall not be held liable for any outcomes, decisions, or actions taken by the Client as a result of, or following, any session or communication. The Client accepts full responsibility for their choices and healing journey.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Practitioner's liability is limited to the value of the session fee paid.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Services are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, the country in which the Practitioner is based. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall first be addressed through good-faith communication between both parties.

14. Updates to These Terms

Kristina Violet Healing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Services at any time. Continued use of services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically.
